Description

Upon completion of the course work requirements for any of our Certification Program, Feng Shui for Architecture Training Center will issue the numbered, unique, hard copy Certificate in the name of the Graduating student.
The Certificate will be delivered via regular mail to the address the student has provided.

This administrative fee confirms the student’s request that a Graduation Certificate be issued in his/her name.
It covers the processing, issuing and mailing of the physical Certificate to a student that has satisfied all the course requirements of the chosen Certificate Program.
Certificates will be issued only to students who have requested it by registering here. This form is valid to request the Certificate for every Certificate Program we offer.

PLEASE NOTE:

Each Certificate is the crowning achievement of our students.
Hence, each Certificate is unique, numbered and signed by the Center’s Director and mailed directly to the student.
FSFA Training Center does not issue digital certificates. No exception.

The name on the Certificate will reflect the name used by the student upon registration, unless otherwise requested by the student.
The Certificate will be shipped to the address listed by the student on the original registration form, unless otherwise requested by the student.
Should a Certificate go missing in transit, or returned because the address is deemed unknow by the Postal Service or other carrier, FSFA reserves the right to collect a new administrative fee to issue its replacement.
This fee is non refundable.
